You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for the content you stream, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through Musen.

You may not use Musen for unlawful, abusive, infringing, threatening, hateful, fraudulent, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful conduct.

If you stream or upload content, you must have the rights needed to do so and must comply with all applicable laws, league rules, platform rules, and intellectual property restrictions.

Musen may monitor, moderate, remove, restrict, or refuse content or accounts at any time to protect the service and its users.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, repeated abuse, security issues, legal risk, or misuse of paid features.

Some Musen features may require payment. Pricing, billing cadence, and feature access will be shown at the point of purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers, app stores, or billing partners, and their separate terms may also apply.

Except where required by law or a platform’s refund rules, fees are non-refundable once the applicable feature or credit has been delivered.

Musen and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including its software, branding, design, and platform materials.

You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant Musen a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate and market the service.

Musen is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Streams, commentary, scores, statistics, and other information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Musen is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on that information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Musen after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
